Reasons for Erectile Dysfunction
1. Porn
Long has it been said by your local pastor or even your parents to stay away from the adult magazines and websites for moral reasons.
Recently much research has been brought to light about how porn impacts physiological, psychological, and relationships.
It turns out, porn can be a factor of E.D.: “In one neuroscientific study on compulsive pornography consumers, researchers found that in 11 out of 19 subjects, porn consumption had lowered the consumers’ sex drive and/or ability to maintain arousal in real-life sexual encounters, yet were still able to sexually respond to porn.”
2. Stress
Being overly stressed in general or even stress around your arousal can induce a spiral and leave you and your partner wanting more.
How do you manage stress? Try walking more to get your body moving and change your environment. While on these walking, practice being mindful and take some slower intentional breaths.

3. Poor Sleep
When you’re chronically stressed, your sleep may be impacted, becoming a circular cause-and-effect cycle that is hard to gain traction to get better.
